I am a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience working with adults, families, and children. Using cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as strength-based and solution-focused models, my goal is to help my clients develop coping skills to manage day-to-day stress, strengthen their relationships and gain an improved quality of life.
Life is filled with ups and downs, which can seem overwhelming at times for many of us. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, going through a stressful transition in life, or getting stuck in negative thoughts or beliefs, I am here to help you get unstuck.
I communicate in a direct but supportive manner, fostering an environment where you feel heard. Through active listening and structured feedback, we'll work as a team to identify challenges and set clear, achievable goals. Expect me to be understanding yet focused on guiding you to develop resilience and coping skills to overcome difficulties.
My goal is to work collectively as a team with you to identify current difficulties and assist your efforts to overcome these difficulties in a healthy environment where you feel heard and supported. Measurable treatment goals will be established and take priority for each client I serve.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in psychology and over 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have advanced training in evidence-based and depth-oriented therapies, and I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, trauma, attachment wounds, and complex emotional patterns that often don’t respond well to surface-level therapy.
My approach is thoughtful, structured, and deeply attuned. I don’t believe therapy should feel vague, passive, or endlessly exploratory. Clients often tell me they appreciate that sessions with me feel focused, emotionally grounded, and meaningfullthat we work both on understanding patterns and changing them.
I am especially skilled at helping people who feel stuck despite having tried therapy before, those navigating high-stress relationships, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, and clients who want a therapist who can think critically, hold nuance, and offer real clinical guidance rather than just validation.
I take my work seriously and hold a high standard of care. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and tailored, not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, emotional stability, and lasting change in a way that feels both supportive and effective.
Most suffering is a result of the ways we police ourselves, doubt ourselves, and become our own oppressors. When we feel pain it’s easy to get stuck in blame at ourselves or at others. Therapy is a path that overcomes these pitfalls. It’s about feeling what you feel without get lost in it, it’s about nurturing yourself back to strength, it’s about staying grounded in who you are and in creatively pursuing what you want. Sometimes there are wounds, scripts, and patterns that get in the way of accomplishing this. Good therapy brings attention and compassion to these so they can be processed and let go of.
