I have over 20 years of experience providing individual, child, and family counseling services, including to our military families. I am well-versed in treating childhood issues, mild Autism, anxiety, adjustment difficulties/Life changes, anger management issues, depression, parent-child relations issues, school issues, and relationship issues in children, preteen to adults.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Skidmore College and my Master of Social Work from Columbia University, where I specialized in clinical practice with families. Since 2021, I have worked as an Associate Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of licensed professionals, gaining extensive experience with children, teens, and families in private practice, community mental health, and high-risk youth in the foster care system.
