Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I’ve had the privilege of supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, as well as teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and stress management. My experience spans working in domestic violence centers, private practice, and mental health agencies, and I genuinely love helping people find clarity, balance, and strength in their lives.
I am very open minded and non-judgmental. I believe you will enjoy the time spent.

My name is Gabe and I am an LCSW that takes my social work values seriously. I believe the people who have trained me throughout the years have provided me with the tools needed to be a competent therapist. I believe one of my greatest skills is recognizing that the people I serve are people like me so I do not view them as just another "client." I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and the impacts of trauma/adverse childhood experiences.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with a combined seven years of experience in the mental health field (including three years of clinical supervisory experience), where I have been providing care to clients in multiple agencies throughout the state of Florida, utilizing clinical models to improve patient care and drive positive clinical outcomes. I have worked with diverse client populations and multiple diagnoses (anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders, etc.) throughout the years, including serving young children through older adults.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with understanding, authenticity, and hope. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change.
I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). Supporting women and families during pregnancy and postpartum is a particular passion of mine. I am dedicated to helping mothers and parents navigate the complex emotional changes that can accompany this season of life, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for healing, adjustment, and connection.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, and Mindfulness, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals.
I provide therapy through a secure telehealth platform, making it easier for clients to access support from the comfort of their own environment. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and rediscover a sense of balance, confidence, and connection in your life.
