I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Slippery Rock University and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Liberty University. With over 14 years of experience in outpatient therapy and more than 5 years of supervising counseling interns and master’s-level clinicians, I bring both clinical expertise and a strong commitment to supporting fellow professionals in the field.
I have received specialized training in grief treatment using current evidence-based approaches across the lifespan, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My clinical experience spans a wide range of ages—from toddlers as young as 2 to individuals in their 80s—and I genuinely enjoy working with all age groups.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but I believe it’s a powerful and courageous first step toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered on your journey toward wellness.
Are you overburdened with doubt, anxiety, guilt, or stress? Do you miss the times of your life when you felt on top of things and in control? I help individuals develop coping skills so that their life is more positive. By looking at my profile you have already taken the first and most important step which is accessing selfcare. In my years of experience working with adults and children, I have provided compassionate and common-sense care for those struggling mentally and emotionally.
Dedicated professional who really cares about his clients. I treat each client as an unique special human being as they are. I utilize multiple types of therapy to achieve maximum results
I’ve spent over 25 years helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and challenges related to military or veteran experiences. Many of the people I work with are tired of feeling stuck in distressing thoughts or emotional patterns and are ready to experience more peace, confidence, and control in their daily lives. My goal is to help you elevate your life experience — not just get through the hard parts.
