Hi there— my name is Kasie; I'm really excited to see you have found my profile on your journey to a better self.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I believe real change happens when therapy is tailored to the goals, struggles, and hopes for the future of my clients.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and nearly a decade of experience walking alongside clients through life’s hardest moments.
These days, I focus on helping young and middle-aged adults as well as couples navigate life's transitions, grief and loss, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and LGBTQAI+ matters—always with individual care, authenticity, and respect for who you are.
I have nearly 10 years experience as a therapist. Prior to entering private practice, I served as a Therapist and Clinical Director for a large outpatient therapy center. My specialties include trauma based treatments, somatic therapy, KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) and EMDR to decrease anxiety and improve mindfulness. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, ART and I'm also a yoga instructor. I have found these tools to be effective in helping people heal and improve their relationships.

Hi, I’m Hailey and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist who helps people feel more connected, confident, and in control of their lives. Whether you’re dealing with stress, relationships, anxiety, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with compassion and practical tools. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—we’ll figure it out together.
My journey of self-discovery has led me here and now. As most people do, we have hopes, dreams, and plans for our lives and aim for fulfillment. We do not always anticipate some of the obstacles that suddenly require a helping hand, a steppingstone, or a bridge. If you are currently experiencing any such challenge in your life, please reach out for help and support. I can provide counseling for individuals and the entire family. If you or your family is being impacted by addiction, relationship challenges, daily life stressors and disruptions and mental health concerns including depression and anxiety, your time might be now to receive some help.
I am skillful in helping families target the core issues that they are working through, whether driven by addiction or underlying mental health or dynamic factors. I employ strength based, cognitive behavioral techniques and a range of other modalities to achieve outlined goals. My role would be to listen, support, guide and to be transparent at all times.
Fear often holds us back from making a change or accepting help. Facing my fears has carved this amazing opportunity for me to help you. My years in the field has deepened my compassion for helping others of different cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am inspired by those I helped on their journey and would love to do the same for you.
