Hello!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Supervisor with over twenty-one years of experience supporting individuals and families. I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling at Nova Southeastern University (2003). I believe that prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself.
Welcome, I’m Maegan Kenney, transpersonal psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board-Certified Coach. I work exclusively with therapists, healers, and other space-holders, people who are trained to attune, contain, and care for others, but who feel burned out and disconnected from their own inner life.
I offer two distinct therapeutic paths designed to meet different clinical needs. My depth-oriented Jungian and transpersonal psychotherapy is a longer-term, relational approach for clients navigating profound inner terrain, including spiritual awakenings/ego deaths, identity shifts, non-ordinary states, psychedelic or ketamine experiences, near-death experiences, dreams, unconscious archetypal material, and countertransference. This work emphasizes integration and meaning-making, helping clients engage symbolic material from the psyche. My approach is rooted in heart consciousness and psychological containment.
I also offer the Compassionate Integration Method (CIM), a structured, ART- and EMDR-informed short-term trauma therapy model I developed through years of clinical practice and research. CIM is designed for focused trauma resolution and fast symptom relief, and is used to treat trauma and PTSD, shame-based memories, panic and anxiety disorders, codependency, burnout, OCD, depression, chronic pain, and other intense or persistent emotional states. This present-focused, goal-oriented approach emphasizes nervous system regulation, memory reconsolidation, and psychological stabilization, typically occurring over a brief series of sessions with clear structure and defined endpoints.
I also offer trauma-informed age-regression hypnotherapy, integrating inner-child work with emotional and somatic reprocessing. Across all modalities, my work is trauma-informed, somatically grounded, and ethically contained, with careful attention to psychological safety, pacing, and collaboration.
I received my first counseling license in 2015 in Indiana and my License as a Professional Counselor in Texas in 2017. I am EMDR trained. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autsim.
Welcome—I’m Dr. Fignole, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. I provide personalized, evidence-based care for adolescents, adults, and older adults.
My practice is grounded in trust, professionalism, and compassion. I create a confidential, judgment-free space where your story matters. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or major life transitions, I take the time to understand the full picture—not just the symptoms.
I offer thorough psychiatric evaluations, supportive therapy, and when appropriate, medication management—all tailored to your individual needs.
I am a trauma informed clinician with training in CBT and DBT. I work from a strengths based perspective with children, adolescents, and their families as well as adults and couples to help navigate the complexity of relationships and day to day stressors. I run several groups including social skill building groups for children who have diagnoses including 2e, Anxiety, ADHD, ODD, and ASD, parent support groups, and DBT skill building groups.
I have worked in residential and school settings as well as in criminal justice. I also the parent of an elementary age child who is always teaching me things and helps me see things from a child's perspective.
It can be very difficult to trust someone especially a stranger and telling your story multiple times. Asking for help is not always easy and scheduling can be challenging. Currently I see adult clients remotely and some children outdoors in Prospect Park.
