As a trained trauma therapy provider, I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I also provide therapy focused on sleep disorders including CBT for Insomnia and CBT for Nightmares.

As a former Director of a well-know Florida Treatment Center and staff mentor, she brings a lot of depth and care into all her sessions.
