I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background in family medicine and addiction care. I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health treatment to adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
I have particular experience in medication management for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and opioid and alcohol use disorders, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT). I also integrate education and practical coping strategies to help you feel more in control of your mental health.
Vincent is a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for delivering sexual health and trauma-informed therapy through a systems-oriented lens. Vincent strongly believes in incorporating all aspects of an individual’s identity in the journey toward healing and self-love.
I am a father, husband, brother, and son. I have experienced great highs and deep lows in this life. I am grateful to help others navigate their lives. I use my clinical experience, education, and personal experience (in that order) as a guide.
I believe my job as a therapist is to help tap into your most authentic self, and walk alongside you with whatever struggles there may be. My approach to therapy is direct, with the use of humor, analogies, and metaphors; I try to bring every thing together to help make sense in a world that can be confusing. Together we can tackle whatever difficult situation may be occurring in your life and get to the other side.
I’m Dr. Moya O’Leary, PsyD, LPC, a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal and maternal mental health. I help women and families navigate the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility struggles, and pregnancy loss. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and tailored to your real life — not a one-size-fits-all process.
Are you feeling stuck in the same patterns, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just sensing that something needs to shift, even if you can’t fully put it into words? If so, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure this out on your own. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, or challenges in their relationships. Often, there’s already some awareness of what’s happening, but things still aren’t changing.
Together, we slow things down and begin to look at what’s underneath: the emotions, patterns, and beliefs shaping how you relate to yourself and to the people in your life. Over time, this work helps you feel more connected, more clear, and more grounded, not just in your relationships, but within yourself. Our work together is collaborative and paced in a way that feels manageable and supportive. Begin with a simple conversation to see what feels right for you.

Hello and welcome!
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 years experience, I believe our relationships are central and vital to our happiness - they can enrich us, and/or bring us pain.
I help couples work through major life issues, decide if they want to stay together, and enact that decision with respect for each person. We dig deep and have the difficult conversations in a safe environment.
All relationships are embraced and affirmed.
You are feeling like you have lost control over your life. You look around and it seems like all your choices are being made for you and when you try to go after what you want, you feel defeated before you can even take the first step.
It does not have to be this way. In my role as a therapist, I believe it is my job to clear the fog that clouds the path that you want to be on. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life. We become better at navigating our lives when we learn accurate information, remove the judgment that comes with other people's attempts to control our life, and take a clear look at potential outcomes (both good and bad) of our choices.
My passion is to empower and not dictate. It is my honor to listen and not judge. It is a privilege to explore with you wherever you want to go, whether into the past or looking into the future, and watch each person discover their own strengths and build the life that they want to live while breaking down the barriers inside that hold us back.
