I am trained in Psychotherapy, Psychodrama and Reiki. I am committed to helping you learn how to build a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
Many of the adults I work with grew up feeling unseen—whether because of childhood trauma, emotionally unavailable parents, or painful relationship patterns. Those early experiences can stay with us, shaping the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Over time, it can feel like you’re stuck in the same cycles, questioning your worth, or struggling to build the relationships you want.
Becoming a therapist felt like a natural calling: a way to combine compassion with practical tools to help people heal, grow, and find balance. Over the years, I’ve seen how therapy can transform lives—restoring hope, strengthening relationships, and helping clients rewrite the stories they tell themselves. That transformation is what inspires me every day to do this work with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. I absolutely love what I do and I feel very blessed to do this work everyday.
I work with children, teens, and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of themselves. I know it can be hard to open up, especially if you’re used to holding things in. I’ve seen how powerful it is when people feel truly heard and supported.
I currently support middle and high school students in a therapeutic school setting and continue to provide in home therapy and family-based therapy; as well as facilitate process groups for adolescents and parent support groups.
I focus on challenges on anxiety, mood changes, trauma, and self-esteem challenges- areas that can deeply impact how someone sees themselves and moves through the world.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish and value creating a culturally responsive and welcoming space. Therapy with me is collaborative — we move at your pace, but we also work toward real growth. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. We’ll work through it together.
