In therapy, it's important for you to know that I'm here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I’ll work with you to understand your experiences and help you move toward meaningful change. I value honesty, curiosity, and respect, and I’ll always meet you where you are emotionally and mentally. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin; we’ll navigate this process together at your pace.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with advanced training in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions. My background includes Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric-Mental Health specialization and clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings.
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and recovery support.
I believe in a client-centered approach, combining holistic and evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual. Recognizing that people are equal parts nature, nurture and the surroundings in which they live is a priority of mine, as no two people endure the same sets of circumstances. Moving forward consists of recognizing where a person is at that time, as well as crafting the space to assist them on the path to where they would like to be in order to have a better quality of life.
