I completed my graduate work at Rutgers University, where I learned the skills that are necessary to help individuals facing a variety of challenges. My career spans diverse settings including hospitals, jails, community mental health clinics, and schools—each of which has shaped the way I approach therapy.
I’m deeply passionate about helping others, which is why I’ve dedicated my career to providing meaningful support. My focus areas include trauma, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, life transitions, relationship conflict, family conflict, and anxiety. I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults who may be navigating some of life’s most challenging moments.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health counselor with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages on their journeys to improved mental health and well-being. My extensive background spans diverse settings, including children’s systems of care, social services, adolescent detox and rehabilitation programs, residential and partial care services, crisis emergency screening, jail, community, and outpatient programs as well as specialized outpatient programs.
My Cherry Hill office, near Philadelphia, is accessible, well ventilated and private for in-person sessions. Online therapy from the privacy of your home is also available.
