I'm a seasoned clinical social worker licensed in New York and Florida who has worked with all ages. I have my Bachelor's degree from Russell Sage College Troy, New York in Sociology and Psychology. I received my Master's degree from The State University of New York at Albany with a focus on individual counseling. I've been a therapist for 16 years.

I then pursued my Masters of Social Work degree and graduated in 2008 from the University of Montana. This graduate program had a focus on providing a social justice and integrated practitioner perspective. I have an eclectic style that can be tailored to each unique individual. My primary therapeutic methods include Mindfulness Based, Holistic, Exposure, Narrative, Cognitive and Behavioral, Strengths Based & Solution Focused Therapies.
