I’m a licensed therapist with training in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, the Gottman Method, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I work with individuals healing from C-PTSD and relational trauma who struggle with identity, self-esteem, and nervous system overwhelm, as well as with couples navigating conflict, emotional distance, or attachment challenges. Clients describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and reconnect with your most empowered self.
Many of the adults I work with grew up feeling unseen—whether because of childhood trauma, emotionally unavailable parents, or painful relationship patterns. Those early experiences can stay with us, shaping the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Over time, it can feel like you’re stuck in the same cycles, questioning your worth, or struggling to build the relationships you want.
Becoming a therapist felt like a natural calling: a way to combine compassion with practical tools to help people heal, grow, and find balance. Over the years, I’ve seen how therapy can transform lives—restoring hope, strengthening relationships, and helping clients rewrite the stories they tell themselves. That transformation is what inspires me every day to do this work with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. I absolutely love what I do and I feel very blessed to do this work everyday.
Hi! I’m Natalie, a queer, first generation Latina therapist with 8 years of experience working with LGBTQ folk who struggle with relationship issues, identity issues, and complex trauma.
I am a LCSW who has almost 20 years of post graduate experience supporting my clients. I have an extensive background supporting families in many capacities including home visits, and office settings to understand specific needs of all members.
My passion is to provide psychotherapy to individual adults and late teens. I truly enjoy working with clients with anxiety, depression, uncertainty in life transitions and who want to work towards self-improvement, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and problem solve. A strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to gaining insight into your thoughts and behaviors. It helps you to feel accepted and supported as you work towards making positive changes in your life. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
