Many of the adults I work with grew up feeling unseen—whether because of childhood trauma, emotionally unavailable parents, or painful relationship patterns. Those early experiences can stay with us, shaping the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Over time, it can feel like you’re stuck in the same cycles, questioning your worth, or struggling to build the relationships you want.
Becoming a therapist felt like a natural calling: a way to combine compassion with practical tools to help people heal, grow, and find balance. Over the years, I’ve seen how therapy can transform lives—restoring hope, strengthening relationships, and helping clients rewrite the stories they tell themselves. That transformation is what inspires me every day to do this work with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. I absolutely love what I do and I feel very blessed to do this work everyday.
Born and raised in WNY, attended SUNY Buffalo, obtaining my bachelor's in psychology and master's in Social Work there.
I enjoy working with people of all ages who are striving to move through and process the difficult life experiences, changes and transitions we all experience such as grief & loss, divorce, trauma, addictions of all kinds, parenting and behavioral problems in children and adolescents.
My passion is to provide psychotherapy to individual adults and late teens. I truly enjoy working with clients with anxiety, depression, uncertainty in life transitions and who want to work towards self-improvement, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and problem solve. A strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to gaining insight into your thoughts and behaviors. It helps you to feel accepted and supported as you work towards making positive changes in your life. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of healthcare experience and a strong medical background, currently working in an outpatient clinical setting providing psychiatric care. My experience helps me understand the important connection between mental and physical health, enabling me to provide thoughtful, well-rounded care to my patients.
I specialize in treating individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, burnout, and mood disorders through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected.
I believe mental health treatment works best when it is collaborative and personalized, and I work closely with each client to develop a treatment plan that supports their emotional well-being, stability, and overall quality of life.
