I firmly believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.
I hold a license in Mental Health Counseling and completed comprehensive post-graduate training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. My practice is focused on addressing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma in adults. I meet with clients weekly or multiple times a week virtually or in-person, and I offer sessions in English and Russian.
I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in working with adults healing from childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and attachment wounds. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship patterns that feel hard to break, or a persistent sense of not feeling “good enough,” you’re not alone—and therapy can help.
I am a licensed mental health counselor who provides a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to explore the needs you have at the present moment. Utilizing a collaborative and relational approach, I believe in honoring each person’s unique story and strengths.
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches - CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Energy Resolution Trauma Therapy. Additionally, I can offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Sessions move at a pace for comfort and success! I love being a part of the journey to mental wellness and emotional freedom.
My passion is to provide psychotherapy to individual adults and late teens. I truly enjoy working with clients with anxiety, depression, uncertainty in life transitions and who want to work towards self-improvement, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and problem solve. A strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to gaining insight into your thoughts and behaviors. It helps you to feel accepted and supported as you work towards making positive changes in your life. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
