Whether you are navigating the complexities of young adulthood, experiencing challenges with parenting, going through stressors in your relationship or even life's inevitable stresses, you do not have to walk this path alone. Seeking therapy is a hard first step to take and I want to guide you in increasing self-confidence and fostering healthier relationships while finding a sense of purpose.
At some point, we all experience tough times. Coping skills falter, feelings may be intense, and we can't picture the way forward. If your time is now, I'm here to help. My practice focuses on clients navigating periods of distress or unexpected change. If you're dealing with life transitions, loss, or simply a “rough patch”, I offer support and guidance. My approach is flexible, welcoming, and compassionate. We sort things through together. You’ll find that coping skills improve, emotions are more manageable, and you understand yourself better. Most importantly, you’ll recover a sense of wellbeing and hope.
My multi-cultural experience and approach have taught me that there are many ways to look at the world and oneself. Your life story is unique, and together, we will explore how to bring about desired changes in your life and relationships. I work with trauma, anxiety and life changes, and have experience both in community and hospital settings.
Hello, I am Cassi! I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2021 with my masters in Counseling. I have had experience in several different environments, such as schools, outpatient therapy, and private practices. I typically work with clients aged 5-45 years old, and some of my specialities include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral issues.
I am a NYC born and raised Latina who has always had a passion for helping people. I started my work providing trauma counseling, working in a psychiatric unit to support individuals with serious mental illness, and then in an outpatient hospital setting working with adults with a mental illness and chronic disease. I am particularly passionate about supporting people through challenging life transitions (i.e. relationships, children, grief etc..).
Seeking support is a brave step—and I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a safe space to process, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want.
I’m a licensed therapist in New York and Connecticut with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel supported as we navigate challenges together.
