I am not the type of therapist to passively listen, if that's what want, please move on. I am someone who listens, but am going to challenge you to change. If you are in therapy for change and really ready for it- then see if we're a fit!
Above all, I offer a space where you can show up fully without judgment, and without pressure. I bring warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. If you're looking for therapy that honors your story and supports real inner work, I’d be happy to walk alongside you.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe therapy is for everyone. I have spent time working in high schools, hospice, and hospitals where I have had the opportunity to support adults, families, and Veterans. I am focused on supporting adults ages 18 and up struggling with transitions, life stressors, anxiety, and depression.
I encounter clients where they are. As we build a relationship, we explore coping skills. I believe that small progress is still progress.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in community-based settings for over 20 years. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of child welfare, adoption services, and behavioral health, where I have supported children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating complex challenges. I am passionate about empowering clients by helping them identify strengths, build natural supports, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I work primarily with clients ages 8 through young adulthood, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment issues, and life transitions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems approaches to create a collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented environment. My strengths include fostering strong relationships, supporting family communication, and guiding clients toward improved coping and resilience.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading a good book, traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and binge-watching a good TV show.
