I've provided care for over 11 years supporting, teens and adults through grief, substance use, Autism, anxiety, trauma, depression, anger and stress management, and depression.
Through personal grief, I understand that loss is not something you just get over. It changes you. Healing begins with support, time, and space to actively grieve and nurture your wellbeing.

Brittany is a holistic clinician and owner of Tender Soule Wellness. She is a licensed queer black counselor and dance/movement therapist. Brittany is warm, energetic, inquisitive, and empathetic. Creating sacred spaces for clients to express themselves fully is Brittany's primary focus.

I am an LCSW who provides therapy to adolescents and adults. I focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, interpersonal relationships, time management, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I love working with teenagers and adults who want to explore their own being and are willing to flex and grow as we journey through life's challenges.
My background has been shaped by walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult and vulnerable experiences. I began working in hospice care, where I learned the importance of presence, compassion, and creating space for grief and meaning at the end of life. From there, I moved into intensive case management and addiction counseling in a methadone clinic, supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and significant life challenges. Over time, my work has focused more deeply on individuals living with complex trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, severe mental illness, and experiences of domestic violence. These experiences have taught me how important it is to move gently, build trust at a pace that feels safe, and truly meet people where they are. I bring a steady, nonjudgmental presence into the therapy room, with the understanding that healing often begins in feeling seen, understood, and not alone.
