

I want you to feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood when you walk into therapy with me. My background blends creative arts, special education, and clinical mental health training, which allows me to see each client as a whole person—not just through a diagnostic lens. I’ve spent years supporting children, adolescents, and families through school counseling, crisis intervention, autism-related needs, maternal mental health concerns, and major life transitions.
Clients often tell me I’m warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I aim to make therapy feel both comforting and productive, giving you practical tools you can use right away. No matter what you’re facing, you won’t be navigating it alone—we’ll work through it together at a pace that feels right for you.
I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me, and I am able to develop an individualized approach for each client, combining therapy modalities that play to my strengths as a counselor and that are helpful for the people I’m working with.
