I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional who specializes in supporting WOMEN through life’s transitions. I treat ages 18+. My approach combines evidence-based therapy, somatic and nervous system regulation techniques, and a compassionate, client-centered framework. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploring challenges related to anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, relationship distress, career stress, imposter syndrome, and other life transitions.
I focus on helping clients gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical strategies for emotional regulation and personal growth. Whether you’re navigating grief, infertility, ADHD, or major life changes, my goal is to support you in achieving lasting positive change while honoring your unique experiences and values.
It is my belief that as people become more aware and accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding a sense of peace and contentment in their lives. Some of my clients need only a few sessions to achieve these goals, others may require months or even years to put their puzzle pieces together. As a client, you are in complete control, and you may end your relationship with me at any point. I am actively licensed in the State of Texas as a LMFT; LPC; and LCDC.
What is your approach to therapy? For therapy to be most successful, it is important for you to take an active role. This means working on the things you and I talk about, both during and between sessions. Generally, the more you are willing to invest the greater the return. It is my intention to empower you in your growth process to the degree that you can face life’s challenges in the future without me. I do not believe in creating dependency or prolonging therapy if the therapeutic intervention does not seem to be helping.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?As a clinician, I have experience providing person-centered recovery plans; rehabilitation skills training; case management; and crisis intervention services, to individuals living with severe and persistent mental health concerns. I am qualified to offer a wide array of counseling services in the areas of Individual Family; Couples; and Chemical Dependency. Counseling services to address a wide range of mental health and relationship issues that impact a person’s emotional health and wellbeing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with a professional background in behavioral health, clinical counseling, geriatrics, trauma treatment, foster care, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. I hold a graduate degree in counseling and have extensive experience providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy across a wide range of clinical settings.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing complex emotional, behavioral, and life-stage challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, adjustment disorders, caregiver stress, and chronic life stressors. I have a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice, and I am comfortable working with high-acuity and high-complexity clients.
