Hi there!
My name is Nataly Sanchez, I am a licensed professional counselor serving clients in the state of Texas. I enjoy getting to know my clients and their unique life stories and assisting them as they navigate the journey to self-compassion.
I am a Army veteran and love helping people. I started this journey with my own mental health. I soon realized the power of this process. I did not realize I was always a counselor. It started as a Army Medic helping soldiers in Iraq and now I help everyone.
Versatile mental health professional with experience at all life stages. As a parent and professional I have the passion to ensure that at whatever stage in your life that you are that there is always more to come. Lets work together to be your best self!
I am experienced therapist with a PhD in research psychology as well. I enjoy getting to know each client on a deep level. Client feedback has most often been superlative.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After completing my education and training at Stockton University, I began working in healthcare settings, specifically, with patients and families dealing with chronic illnesses. I’ve worked with diverse populations in non-profit organizations, in-home services and for-profit healthcare treatment settings. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Life can get heavy—whether you’re juggling family dynamics, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or just trying to stay afloat. Maybe you’ve always been the dependable one, the person everyone else leans on, but you’re starting to realize it’s time to focus on yourself. You want less tension, more connection, and practical tools that actually make a difference. You’re not after a quick fix—you just want someone real to help you sort things out and walk with you through the hard parts.
