I have a Master of Science degree from Abilene Christian University and a bachelor's degree from McMurry University (Ala Cumba and go WarHawks!). I have lived in Abilene since 2005 and have been a therapist in Texas for over 15 years. I am married, and am a mom of 3 boys and 2 fur babies. I have training in a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and others.

I specialize in an attachment based approach centered around Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have a Reiki (energy work) Master certification.I come from a large family and I was born and raised in Georgetown, Texas. I have benefited personally from incorporating yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and energy work into my own life.
