I have been a licensed practicing social worker since 2016. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults. I specialize in counseling adolescents, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My experience spans both inpatient and outpatient settings, allowing me to support clients in a variety of clinical environments.
I've been working with individuals and families for about 3 years. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas, and I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I have a good understanding of neurodivergent needs in both adolescents and adults, and I’ve also helped people manage mood disorders, anxiety, and self-harm. As a proud member of the LGBTQI+ community, I bring my personal experience and insights to my work with queer clients.
I am experienced in discussing religious trauma and patterns of distress to discover who you were, are, and want to become. I am a sex-positive, anti-oppressive therapist who focuses on trauma-informed methods when exploring identities. All identities are welcome and this includes sex workers, transhumans, polyamorous folx, kink/BDSM explorers, and questioning individuals. My therapeutic methods center around DBT, talk therapy, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
