This distinction reflects her commitment to addressing the impact of trauma and promoting healing within individuals and communities. Jen specializes in addressing issues such as PTSD, OCD, relationship dynamics, life transitions, depression, anxiety and clearing the effects of trauma. Through her work, Jen strives to create a safe and supportive space for growth and transformation in which clients can become the most authentic and joyful person they were always meant to be. She also has two adult children, lives in Santa Cruz with her husband of 26 years, and loves being outdoors
