Being a mom of four myself, I know how easy it is to put everyone else first and lose sight of your own needs. Life doesn’t pause when you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin—and sometimes it feels impossible to catch your breath, let alone take care of yourself. That's where therapy comes in.
With over 14 years of experience, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the work I do. I use evidence-based approaches that are proven to help create lasting results.
I started my career in New York City then moved my practice to the sunny state of Florida. My experience over the past 15 years is working with adults navigating everything from everyday stress to deeper emotional wounds. Life gets complicated sometimes, but you don't have to do it alone! Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through their most vulnerable moments—and watching them rediscover their strength, gain clarity and build confidence.
Kevin specializes in offering compassionate mental health counseling services specifically tailored for children and teens, providing the help and support they need to navigate life's challenges. He also has extensive experience helping adults and families with a variety of emotional and mental health concerns. He endeavors to meet each client where he or she is on their path, listening intently to their stories and striving to empower them to face life’s challenges in healthy ways.
Relationships can be difficult. You often feel careful not to upset anyone, constantly second-guessing your words, and carrying the weight of other people’s emotions. You may feel like you’re walking on eggshells, stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, or seeking approval just to feel “good enough.” Deep down, you might fear being seen as too much. You’ve learned to silence your needs to keep the peace. You might feel responsible for how others feel and find yourself putting their needs before your own. Maybe you grew up needing to earn love or learned to stay small to feel safe.
If any of this sounds familiar, know that you're not broken and you’re not alone. These patterns are often rooted in trauma, especially from childhood or past relationships. Together, we can start to untangle them. Healing is possible, and it starts by learning to trust yourself again. I am committed to help people thrive and heal from their past traumas.
Happiness and joy isn't a fairytale. Let's figure out how you can experience it.
