I am a Clinical Social Worker with a graduate degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. For the past two decades, I have been advocating for individuals and families struggling with mental health concerns. My work has primarily focused on trauma, and I have provided therapeutic services to a diverse array of individuals of all ages. I am committed to helping people overcome eating disorders, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other stressors that impact our lives.
I am a preacher’s kid who just so happens to be a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I earned two B.S. in Christian Ministry and Psychology; two master's degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Christian Apologetics; and a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling: Traumatology. I provide clinical Christian faith-based counseling, marital, premarital, individual, & family therapy.

Welcome to my practice. I’m a Master of Social Work clinician with a degree from Walla Walla University (2016), and I’ve been providing mental health counseling ever since. My work has primarily focused on supporting adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress related to major life changes. I entered this field to meet people where they are emotionally and to support them in reaching their personal goals.
