I quickly realized that the emotional health and home lives of my students were impossible to separate from the classroom. I now work with individual adults of all ages on trauma processing (using EMDR), relational issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the many ailments that come from both “big T” and “little t” trauma.
After earning my B.A. at Colorado College and teaching in Aurora, Colorado and the San Francisco Bay Area, I pursued my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute. I worked as a school counselor with children and adolescents and feel great compassion for children and their families throughout the journey of school. I look forward to hearing from you!
